One of the more amusing thing  I have encountered  (especially online ), is how shamelessly some younger people lie.  Some of the reasons they do so is that

• they think that they can get away with it.
• they do not respect the person who they are telling the lie to
• they think that the person who is lied to is a fool
• their family background and upbringing
• their peer group

When you confront them and ask them to provide proof to support their lies, they have no answer.

The media today is obsessed with young. But everyone is “young” at one stage of their life and becomes old after some years.
